Our software is open source. Our software provides full traceability of any formulation. It enables the operators to control all vairables involved in the glue preparation.
We give remote maintenance support to our customers. But they are able to make any changes to the kitchen controls if needed.
The experience of 20 years applying starches in corrugators, has allowed us to design, manufacture and install kitchens for the preparation of starches in high-performance corrugators.
The glue kitchens that are installed are made with a double glue circuit with the possibility of working with 2 different formulas regardless of the area (double gluing, corrugating groups).
Also that you can add an exclusive 3rd circuit for machine cleaning, which allows you to clean the machine at any time and also recover water that is used to queue again.
